What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a flexible return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the receipt date, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

How should I wash Soof and Cotton products?

Handmade Bags: It is recommended to clean them using dry clean only to maintain their quality.

Clogs and Hats: It is recommended to clean them using dry clean or gentle washing.

Clothing: All clothing should be washed in the washing machine using cold wash, except for clothing that contains leather, which should be dry cleaned.

Can I change the color I selected?

Since we display the colors accurately on the website, changing the color after confirming the order is not possible. Please ensure you select the correct color before completing the purchase.

Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?

Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.

Is your website secure?

Yep! On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am UTC will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am UTC on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How much do deliveries cost?

There is a EGP 50 delivery fee if the order value is EGP 1000 or more. If the order value is less than EGP 1000, we charge EGP 100 delivery fee.
